Burt's Greenhouses warranty applies to all products grown and sold by us at either our main location in Odessa or at one of our designated satellite greenhouses. The warranty is a replacement warranty - a one-for-one exchange, where possible.  Customers must provide proof of purchase, a cash register reciept, in order to make a warranty claim except in the case of sales at the Odessa location where the computer point of sale system will have record of the sale.

 

The warranty on annuals extends  until the end of July.

The warranty on perennials extends to the following spring

(one winter survival).
