The retail supervisor works to support our retail staff. Some of the skills that they need to assist these people to develop are:
- Productive use of the cash register.
- Balancing cash at the end of the day
- Ordering plants.
- Attractive and tidy display of plants.
- Good merchandising and selling techniques.
- Proper care and watering of plants.
- Effective time management.
The most successful candidates we have had in this position were able to immerse themselves in the job especially during the busy May selling season. They kept their sense of humor under stress and stayed focused making the highest and best use of their time.
