Check out our new on-line selling feature. After getting our feet wet selling sweet potato cuttings (by mail) last spring we have decided to set up an ecommerce site to allow people to get some of our plants no matter where they live in Canada. You will see vegetable transplants on this site and we are introducing Biochar to our customers. Check it all out here.

What a wonderful sentiment to garden by and in fact to live life with! The act of gardening by its nature of dealing with ... nature (pun intended) means that sometimes you will get it wrong and sometimes you will get it right.
What we would like to do at Burt's Greenhouses is help you to see things "from the plant's point of view". The result of this will hopfully turn the gardening experience that you have into something different from mere landscaping into nothing less than your engagement (and hopefully marriage!) with nature.
